3D Fiber Mascara by Montecito Cosmetics
When you want that ultra thick and dark, fake lashes look, turn to fiber mascara. It’s a 2 step process, but you will be a pro after one application.

Two tubes: The longer tube is the silicone base, the short one has the secret hair fibers!
Apply one good coat of the silicone base. This alone can be used as a very good dark black mascara. Comb through.
Apply one coat or more of the fibers. Some of the fibers may fall onto your face, buy they are easily brushed away.

Don’t stop at one coat- the real fun happens with two coats!
