## **THE ART OF EXOTIC DANCING**

This one I have to give credit to. It was way ahead of its time. The instructor
is a real (former?) dancer and instructs real women. They are all shapes, sizes,
colors and ages. These are housewives, grandmas, and checkout girls. You know, us.
That may be a buzz-kill if your boyfriend pops it in thinking he’s going to get
a cheap porn. Not even close. BUT, the moves they do in this video are very sexual.
I might even say the most sexual out of all the ones I’ve reviewed.

> They don’t market it as a workout, but it is!

There is no warm up. (Remember, it’s not a workout!) You will learn how to do hip
circles [standing](https://bethebetty.com/carmen-electra-aerobic-striptease-workout/),
squatting hip circles (this one is tough) and then kneeling hip circles (this ones
tougher!) Then they teach a move called “Drawing Daisies” which can be used in modern(
pop) dance also. You eventually get down on the floor and do a little grinding with
your butt in the air, learn the “cricket” with your legs (also learned in the S-
Factor). There is a brief meditation, and it ends with a strip routine using a man’s
shirt (like Carmen Electra’s disc 3) See? This tape did it first.

Throughout the tape, the women are interviewed. They talk about their experience
as they learn the moves, their roadblocks, what’s easy, what’s not. It breaks up
the dancing, and maybe they should’ve put it at the end, but you can practice the
moves while they talk.

I just found out this company has a book now and in February 2004 a second tape
is coming-“Develop Your Routine” Where is it?? I want it!

This is a good buy, especially if perky 20 year olds intimidate you (or younger!)
or people with Carmen Electra bodies (fake boobs prevail in this industry, lets
now forget) This is for real women who want to unleash a little goddess. It’s only
about $20, cheaper than the rest.
